This is where the scope of the engagement takes shape and the right approach for your goals is defined. You'll have direct communication throughout to ensure the assessment captures exactly what you need.
You'll receive a written proposal outlining the full scope of work, specific deliverables, timeline, and fees — clearly stated with no ambiguity. This gives you everything you need to make an informed decision. There's no pressure to proceed, and the proposal can be revised if your needs or circumstances change before an agreement is signed.
Before any billable work begins, both parties sign a formal engagement letter. This document governs the entire working relationship — protecting both you and RS Consulting. It specifies scope boundaries, confidentiality obligations, deliverable ownership, payment terms, and how the engagement can be modified or concluded. No work starts without it.
Work begins immediately upon signing. You'll have direct access to Samuel — no account managers or intermediaries.
